The Dialysis Den
Lutheran Home partners with DaVita to provide dialysis treatment directly on the Arlington Heights campus. As one of only two dialysis centers in Illinois offering in bed dialysis for individuals unable to sit in a chair, this service brings added convenience and comfort to residents and short-term guests.
The Dialysis Den includes on site physician management, hemodialysis on campus, personalized care plans developed by DaVita clinicians, and coordination with Lutheran Home’s care team. By offering dialysis just steps from home, residents benefit from continuity of care and a setting designed with comfort in mind.
Pulmonary Care
Lutheran Home offers a dedicated pulmonary care program for individuals living with chronic respiratory conditions. The program combines clinical expertise with a supportive residential environment, allowing residents to receive focused respiratory care without leaving campus.
Care plans are developed in collaboration with physicians and respiratory professionals, with attention to comfort, stability, and daily quality of life.
MySolutions at Lutheran Home is a flexible, personalized support program designed to help older adults live confidently where they choose. Whether remaining at home or planning a move, MySolutions offers a range of services that adapt to each individual’s needs, providing guidance, hands-on assistance and peace of mind through every stage of the journey.
