Lutheran Home extended its care beyond its facility through a Community Outreach Program aimed at supporting elderly individuals in nearby neighborhoods.

Staff members and volunteers distributed care packages containing essential goods, hygiene kits, and food supplies. They also spent time talking with residents in the community, offering companionship and emotional support.

The outreach emphasized the importance of compassion and shared responsibility in caring for the elderly. It also encouraged community members to stay connected and look out for one another.

The initiative was well received and plans for future outreach activities are already being developed.
