More Than a Place to Live

A welcoming campus where generations connect.

Lutheran Home is more than a senior living community. It is a vibrant campus where residents, families, team
members, and neighbors come together in meaningful ways. From daily programs and worship services to
shared meals and special events, life here is rooted in connection and purpose.

Our Arlington Heights campus supports the whole person. Physical wellness, spiritual life, lifelong learning, and
social engagement all play a role in creating a community that feels active, uplifting, and deeply personal.

Cherished Place Logo

Cherished Place Adult Day Club provides mind and body enrichment and social engagement for older adults, while also offering caregivers meaningful time for self-care. Activities are tailored to each club member’s abilities and interests, creating a day that feels supportive, engaging, and personal.

For families, Cherished Place can bring welcome structure to the week and reassurance during the day. For participants, it offers connection and purpose in a warm environment that feels like part
of the community.

Shepherd’s Flock Logo

Shepherd’s Flock is an intergenerational childcare center on the Lutheran Home campus that has served Arlington Heights families since 1997. It offers professional childcare and developmentally informed early education in a faith filled environment for children from six weeks through kindergarten.

Having children on campus creates meaningful moments across generations. Residents often find joy and renewed energy in those connections, and families appreciate being part of a setting shaped by care and community.
